We have different classes to suit the individual, with different levels of experience and intensity. However, all classes are a tough workout as well as very technical. All MMA, BJJ and Kids classes are personally run by Bobby. The classes are designed to take you from being a total beginner to a competent Mixed Martial Artist. Learn all the basics in the intro class and work your way up to full MMA in the advanced class.
