My son has been part of the ASP Team for just over a year now. The beginning was tough for him, but he loves it so much now and cannot wait to train. He loves seeing the improvement on his own personal times (the 3 different sprints they do) and cannot wait to tell us. After a few rugby practices, and a rugby sports festival his young body was not happy, but Coach SQ helped him for a full hour to get the muscles to work again. He was a different child getting in the car. The ASP Team is amazing!

Terrific coaches and excellent training program. Since my son joined ASP in 2019 Sean van Staden and the team have become like family to us. They take a personal interest in each and every member and has helped tremendously. My son used to get a lot of injuries which affected his performance and mental well-being. This was mostly because he did not apply the proper exercises and running techniques. With ASP they could identify his problem areas and has since corrected them.
